I haven't read Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead yet, but I'm chomping at the bit to get my hands on it. And this is from a woman who usually bakes her kids' birthday cakes from scratch, and even sewed her daughter a bib for her first birthday. (My husband warned me I was setting the bar too high, and he was right! My second got a Stop & Shop cake and forgotten in the kitchen on his first birthday.)
