Snow Dog!

Only my lab mix Mora (Blackberry, in Spanish) could get me out for a walk or hike twice per day--even in below freezing temperatures! She was 10 months old in August when I adopted her from a rescue organization in Mississippi. Now, over four months later, she is very much at home in Durham. She has brought so much laughter into our lives and given me a new "job" as a dog trainer. I'm pleased and proud that she just passed the AKC Canine Good Citizen test last week, thanks to the excellent guidance of our teacher, Michelle Larson.
