There is still time to enter the BBQ COOKOFF for the Coalition or Buy Tickets.

There will be two separate categories; one for restaurants and one for individuals. Participants can enter any or all of the following categories: chicken, pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. Entries will be judged on taste, appearance and presentation by a panel of judges as well as a selection of guests. Judges include John Thompson, executive chef at The Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station, First Selectman of Haddam Paul DeStefano, and First Selectwoman of Killingworth, Catherine Iino. Prizes will go to the first place winner of each competition.
