'Go Far Go Fast' Road Race Is May 31

The fifth annual Go Far Go Fast Road Race will take place at the Durham Fairgrounds on May 31.

Durham, CT- The fifth annual Go Far Go Fast Road Race will take place at the Durham Fairgrounds on May 31st. 

Children of all ages are invited. Races include a tot race for ages 4 and under, ½ mile for ages 6 and under, 1 mile for children up to 6th grade, a 2 mile for children up to 6th grade, and a 3 mile for grades 7-12.

Each finisher receives a t-shirt and a finisher medal. Winners in age categories earn trophies. Race will be held rain or shine. See www.wix.com/jschulten/gofar for registration information.

Register by May 23 for guaranteed t-shirt. Last year we had 400 children ages 2 to 17 participating in the event. Grow-ups are needed for cheer zones!

Go Far is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide a non-competitive daily fitness and wellness program that encourages healthy exercise to children in Regional District 13, the towns of Durham and Middlefield, CT.
