April 28th is National drug Take Back Day.

In conjunction with the Madison Police Department, The Madison Property Owners Association (MPOA) will have an unused prescription drugs collection from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM by the Clock Kiosk, in front of the downtown Madison Post Office.  This is part of a National effort to remove drugs from the environment and specifically from trash or being flushed down the drain or toilet.

In addition to keeping the environment safe, the initiative helps keep our kids safe. The first step towards combating this is keeping those drugs out of reach. Getting rid of drugs you no longer need can help.

Now is the opportunity to clean out that cabinet or drawer in a safe manner.  In case of inclement weather, we may move the table under cover in front of the theater.
