Household Hazardous Waste Collection Is Saturday

Killingworth residents can drop off their household hazardous waste between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Essex facility

 

The Connecticut River Estuary Regional Planning Agency has announced that residents of Killingworth can bring their household hazardous waste to the drop-off facility in Essex on Saturday, June 23.

According to CRERPA's website, residents of the towns of Chester, Clinton, Deep River, Essex, Haddam, Killingworth, Lyme, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook and Westbrook can drop off their hazardous waste, free of charge, on selected Saturdays.
