Odyssey Fall Arts Festival
A collection of fine art paintings will be on display at The 
Essex Art Association, October 13 through October 16,
2011. The Odyssey Painters are a group of local artists painting  “en plein air” on location in Deep River, Essex, Old Saybrook, Old Lyme, and other local shoreline sites; these artists frequently paint together, but each has developed a unique style and passion for the natural world.
 
Friday, October 14  from 5-8 pm
FREE Opening Reception - the public is invited.
Featuring The Side Doors String Band - Light refreshments
Saturday - A Performance by the Community Music School
Flute Ensemble 12 - 1 PM
Sunday - A Poetry Reading by The Connecticut Poets and
Open Mic 2 - 4 PM
