Join JDRF for our Middletown area support group for families living with type 1 diabetes (T1D). We meet the first Thursday of each month at Spencer Elementary School in Middletown.
This month we welcome the creator of ShugaTrak - a smartphone app that wirelessly gets readings from your loved one’s glucose meter and sends them to you in text messages and emails—instantly and effortlessly.
Come with questions or just to listen. Kids of all ages are welcome to attend!
