Colors of the Wind to Celebrate One Year Anniversay!

It is hard to believe that our 1 year anniversary is upon us.We are going to celebrate a tiny bit early
and invite everyone to stop by the shop for refreshments from 9:30am to 3:30pm
on Saturday, December 7, 2013
. As you may know, Help Willy’s Friends is a cause
near and dear to our hearts and a portion of our sales that day will go to
support animal welfare.

At the request of Rose and Greg Hanks, we are accepting new and slightly used, clean twin sheets and towels to benefit the Eddy Shelter in Middletown. They are collecting these items in loving memory and honor of their son, Ben Hanks.

Also on Saturday, December
7th, The Durham Economic Development Commission has planned a Holiday Stroll event.
Babysitting will offered at the Durham Activity Center from 10am to 3pm to
encourage people to shop locally for the holidays, next, all are invited to the
Christmas Tree Lighting on the Town green at 4:00pm. After the tree lighting, the
celebration continues with a caroling stroll down Main Street and conclude the
day at the United Churches of Durham for refreshments.
