Letter: 'Vote Donna Golub for Town Clerk in Middlefield'

As Town Clerk for the Town of Middlefield Donna Golub processes and maintains vital statistics for births, deaths, burials and marriages. She issues permits for hunting, fishing and dogs. She understands how to properly record and maintain the land records and maps. 

Donna attends and prepares the minutes for the annual and special Middlefield town meetings. She records Trade Name Certificates and Veteran discharges.  She prepares reports for the State and DEEP officials. Donna is a Town Clerk certified by the Connecticut Secretary of State. 

And most important, Donna has established and maintained effective working relations with Middlefield residents, attorneys, bank officials, real estate agents and title searchers.
