ESPN Coming to Durham on Super Bowl Sunday

Town to hold pep rally at Coginchaug High School during live Sports Center Sunday morning.

 

ESPN is coming to Durham on Super Bowl Sunday.

The network's flagship program, Sports Center, is looking to build on the drama of Super Bowl 46 with a few local segments from the geographical midpoint of Foxborough and Met Life Stadiums.

Four years ago, hundreds of Giants and Patriots fans filled the town green in support of their teams and to celebrate the town's unique claim of being the center of the Patriots and Giants universe.

This year's rally will be held on the Coginchaug High School football field from 6:30 to 10 a.m. on Feb. 5.

ESPN anchor Karl Ravech will report live from Durham from 7 to 10 a.m., including interviews with residents!

Wear your favorite team shirt and come and have some fun.

The Coginchaug Football Club will be selling breakfast sandwiches and drinks at the rally.
