The Meriden Record Journal reports on Elm City Distillery's move from Durham to Wallingford:
The new location gives the company more space and a better water supply for the distilling process, Kotowski said. The previous location had well water and the company had to bring in water from the outside, but can now hook up to the town water supply in Wallingford. The new space is about 2,100 square feet, nearly twice the 1,200 square feet Kotowski had in Durham.
