Due Diligence Period on Powder Ridge Ends Today
Alpine, town officials indicate that both sides are moving forward with sale.
Today marks the end of a 90-day due diligence period between the Town of Middlefield and Alpine Ridge LLC, over the sale of Powder Ridge Ski Area.
Under the sales agreement approved by voters at a on May 24, both the town and Alpine reserved the right to pull out of the deal during the 90-day period, which began on .
Both sides indicated today plans to move forward with the deal, although a closing date has not been set.
