Daily Five: Deerfield Farm Lease on BOS Agenda

1. What's the Weather? Patchy frost before 7 a.m. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 57. Tonight: A slight chance of light rain after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 37.

2. Durham BOS Meeting Tonight Selectmen will meet at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. The meeting's agenda includes approval of the Deerfield Farm lease which has been under negotiation since last year. Selectmen will also set a date for a town meeting on the 2013-2014 town budget.

3. Blood Drive Today The American Red Cross will host a blood drive from 1-5:45 p.m on Monday at the Durham Public Library.

4. Middlefield Budget Goes to Public Hearing The Middlefield Board of Finance will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the Middlefield Community Center on Tuesday, April 23, to present the 2013-2014 budget. Copies of the budget are available at Town Hall and  Levi E. Coe Library.

5. Little League Opening Day The Coginchaug Little League will hold opening day ceremonies on Saturday, April 27. The ceremonies begin at noon at the little league field at Allyn Brook Park.
