Daily Five: Durham 4-Her Earns Grand Champion; Plus Fall Down Festival Kicks-Off Today

1. What's the Weather? Sunny, with a high near 79. Calm wind becoming west 5 to 8 mph in the afternoon. Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 55. 

2. Durham 4-Her is Grand Champion A big Patch shout out to Durham's own Kristen Ciarlo, who won Grand Champion of fitting and showmanship at this year's Durham Fair.

3. Fall Down Festival This Weekend The gates open this morning at 10 a.m. at Durham's Camp Farmam for the 2012 Fall Down Festival. The 2-day music event is held at the campgrounds and includes a Saturday costume contest.

Several hundred people are expected to attend the event.

4. Movie Night in Middlefield The Park and Recreation Commission hosts movie night tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Center. Tonight's movie is "Journey to the Center of The Earth 2." Parents can drop off their kids and have a few hours to enjoy kid free! We are looking to do this every month on the first Friday. Pizza and soda is included and the program is free!
