Middlefield Mid-Lea Garden Club member and master gardener Diane LaRosa spent her Tuesday morning weeding, watering and pruning the gardens at the Middlefield Community Center.
Her husband, John, also got his hands dirty sprucing up the beds that include peonies, Rose of Sharon and a Dogwood tree.
The garden was created by Diane in 2005 as her master gardener project and is enjoyed by all who visit the former school turned town building.
