Long Way From Vegan

This spring I've made some dramatic changes to the way I think about the food we eat. I'm inspired by improved longevity and health, but the learning curve is long. Here's how it started:

On March 19, 2012, I made a decision to stop consuming caffeine. I had been used to drinking one and a half cups of coffee in the morning, but I knew I wouldn't miss it.
