Killingworth Has Beach Privileges

Once upon a time, Clinton was part of Killingworth, and so Killingworth residents still have beach privileges in Clinton.

Beach Privileges

Killingworth residents enjoy beach rights to beautiful Clinton Town Beach, located at the end of Waterside Lane off the Boston Post Road in Clinton. Among the amenities are a boat launch, a picnic pavilion, food concessions, a small playground, a platform to view wildlife, and restrooms.

Beginning Saturday, June 23rd, seasonal beach passes will be available from the gatekeeper between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Residents of Clinton and Killingworth may obtain a season pass for $20 ($10 for seniors), which allows you to park for free. You must show a valid driver’s license and registration.

I would suggest to parents to donate a book to the classroom or school library in their child's nameRead More to celebrate the child's birthday, or other significant event, instead of sending in cupcakes or other sweets.
