Lyman Orchards' Tastes of the Seasons Coming Saturday

When it comes to the holidays, it's all about the food, and sharing that special time with close friends and family.  This year, Lyman Orchards’ Tastes of the Seasons helps bring the flavor of old fashioned country cooking to your holiday table. Learn how to prepare and serve outstanding seasonal specialties. Enjoy cooking demonstrations, samples, and complimentary recipes throughout the day provided by Lyman Orchards' Apple Barrel chefs and expert food specialists. 

Lyman Orchards’ pies, including Lyman’s famous Hi-Top Apple pie, will also be available for taste-testing and holiday pre-orders. 

Connecticut-based vendors at the Apple Barrel this Saturday will include Giffs, Mama Boo's Hot Sauce, Rich's Sweet Heat, Frank's Sauce and Sweet Maven Biscottis. At 11am, the staff from Middlefield’s Levi E. Coe Library will do a special Thanksgiving Story Time and craft for children of all ages.
