Company Plans to Finish Abandoned Hotel Along Route 68

Started in 2006, the empty building in Wallingford has been an eyesore for drivers headed to Durham ever since.

 

Have you ever driven by the hotel along Route 68 in Wallingford on your way to Durham and thought, 'What happened?'

Well, it turns out the company that now owns the 139-room hotel is planning to finish construction, according to a report in the Meriden Record Journal.
