Maple & Main Gallery's Spring Show features over 200 paintings by established Connecticut artists in a wide ariety of styles and media. The opening party, where refreshments will be served, will be Friday April 20 from 5 to 8pm when guests will have a chance to meet the artists and enjoy the gallery as well as the unique village of Chester.
The show, which runs from April 18 through June 10, includes works by David Lussier, Jack Broderick, Joan Jardine and four other nationally known plein air artists.
The gallery includes two floors of art and a room filled with small works and is housed in a late 1700s building in the heart of the village at the corner of Maple and Main Streets.

Classes for adults and children, workshops and demonstrations are also offered by Maple & Main Gallery.
The gallery is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm and Sunday from 11am to 5pm.
