MOMS Club to Hold Tag Sale This Weekend

Buy tons of great stuff at the annual MOMS Club tag sale and benefit local causes!

It's summer, my favorite time of year. The kids can play outside, there are vacations to enjoy, trips to the beach, and tag sales to peruse for cheap toys and equipment.

The annual tag sale of the MOMS Club of Durham/Middlefield is happening this weekend, and is a worthwhile stop for two reasons.

All the proceeds go to charity with this year's recipients being the Susan G. Komen for the Cure of Connecticut, the Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit at the University of Connecticut Health Center, and local non-profits in Durham and Middlefield.

The second reason to check it out is that all items being sold at the tag sale are donations from MOMS Club members so you know they're mom approved. There will be huge amounts of baby and child clothing, maternity clothes, toys, and equipment such as baby monitors, strollers, and carriers. It's a wonderful sale for new and experienced parents, grandparents, and babysitters.

And for those not interested in kid stuff, you will find plenty of housewares, decor, electronics, and regular adult clothing.

All the women of the MOMS Club have been purging their homes, so come take advantage and know that you're also contributing to wonderful local causes.
