Which athlete won his/her 18th career gold medal in the London 2012 Olympics?
Or, what movie inspired the Aerosmith song “Walk this Way?”
Is your brain a repository of trivia about arts and entertainment, sports, local Durham and Middlefield history, current events, science, geography and literature?
Recycle your rich trivia treasury at the Coginchaug Valley Education Foundation's Fifth Annual Bee and first ever Trivia Bee on Friday, March 8, 2013, at 7 p.m. at Strong School.
Here’s how it works: organize a trivia dream team of up to five members. There is no elimination during a round; if you miss a question, you’re not banished. Get your team entry form by clicking the link below. If you have questions about the event, e-mail email@example.com
Stay up-to-date on the Trivia Bee by "liking" CVEF’s Facebook page, where we’ll also provide sample questions to sharpen your wits.
The Trivia Bee features team costumes, judges, and emcees. This year, two local educational celebrities—Mike Klimas and Donna Mattei—will preside. School spelling bees will still be held at John Lyman, Korn, Memorial and Strong schools and winners will receive their awards at the Trivia Bee.
CVEF will again look to businesses and interested individuals for support.
“The Durham and Middlefield communities have been very supportive of our events in the past,” says Liz Conroy, CVEF Board Chair, “and we are hoping for great participation this year.”
