Regional Tourism District's Photo Contest Entry Deadline is Nov. 15

The Durham-Middlefield area offers countless outdoor photo opportunities – especially in the Fall. That’s why the Central Regional Tourism District/CenterofCT.com is calling all photographers of any skill to take part in its regionwide “Fall in Connecticut” photo contest. The Tourism District markets leisure travel in 65 Connecticut towns and cities – including Durham and Middlefield.

Entrants are encouraged to snap photos of everything Fall, such as foliage, pumpkins and anything else you find appealing. Then, go on line and simply pin one or more photos on Pinterest (www.pinterest.com) with the hashtag #FallinCT and a caption that includes “Center of CT photo contest.”

The entry deadline for all photo submissions has been extended to Friday, November 15, 2013. The Central Regional Tourism District will review all submissions and select one First Place winner whose photo and name will be highlighted in its 2014 Visitors Guide – in print and on CenterofCT.com! The Tourism District might post its other favorite images on line and on social media sites.

For more information about the Photo Contest, the Central Regional Tourism District, its Non-Stop Connecticut travel webisodes and its many online and print brochures, visit www.CenterofCT.com or call (860) 787-9640.
