On Monday, June 11 at Old Saybrook High School, eleven Coginchaug High School
students received Shoreline Conference Scholar-Athlete Awards. To receive this
award the student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better and be at least a
sophomore. They also need to have been selected to an All-Shoreline Conference
first team, have won an individual state championship or have been selected
first team All-State.
Two Coginchaug seniors, Marielle Handley and Elizabeth DiVincentis were Three year recipients. The other recipients were Katie Bednarz, Audrey Biesak, Alec Corazzini, Tyler Davis, Ethan Donecker, Melanie Frank, Samantha Mancinelli, Kayla Votto and Erikson Wasyl.
