The 7th grade Senior Boys lacrosse team demonstrated amazing hustle and teamwork in their first two games of the season. While the first game last Thursday ended in a disappointing 7-0 loss to the established program of East Lyme, the boys showed just how much fight they have in them by hanging in there until the end with Drew Burley shining with an amazing 22 saves in goal! On Saturday, the 7th grade team came back with a fire, with a 10-5 win over Clinton. Quentin Silverio led the team with 5 goals, Jack O'Brien added 2 more, and Ricky Sorenson, Matt Leroux, and Drew Burley all contributed a goal. Jeremy Fleig also worked hard in goal with 15 saves. Next home game is this Saturday against St. Bernard and we hope to see you there to cheer on the boys to another win!
