The town invites you to tour Powder Ridge at their open house this Sunday between 1-5 pm. While there, you will be able to get info on the Powder Ridge sale agreement.
It's important that we see the "before" condition to fully appreciate the potential "after", should Middlefield voters favor the sale of Powder Ridge to Alpine on May 24th.
