1st Annual Lake Beseck Fishing Derby Sat, May 5 2012

Win prizes for the longest, heaviest and smallest fish caught during the Middlefield Parks and Recreation Lake Beseck Fishing Derby!

Take a chance on winning prizes for the longest, heaviest and smallest fish at the Lake Beseck Fishing Derby on Saturday May 5th!

~A fun day for the whole family brought to you through the Town of Middlefield Parks & Recreation Dept~

Check in: 

Hand in registration form and fee at the 5am check-in at the beach.  You will be given a registration ticket.  Last minute registrations will be accepted.

Entrance fee:

$10 per individual or $20 for a family of 4.

Derby starts:

5:00 AM and will end at 11:00 AM when tallies will be taken and prizes awarded.

Rules:

  • Must Have Valid Fishing License
  • Be Registered
  • Fish by boat or town property (*no fishing allowed from beach)
  • Fish must be weighed in LIVE
  • All Species of fish qualify
  • Please pick up after yourself

Additional prizes from businesses such as Fishin' Factory 3, Lyman Orchards, First & Last Tavern

Mr. Smith, I am not too sure why you are always so negative towards the Park and Rec. They do so many good things for our town, why don't you take a minute and think about what they offer. Look at the park. People come from all around to visit our park. It really is too bad that you can't see past what ever your agenda is with the current administration, or whoever it is that you have an issue with, and just be proud.

Dr Perrin is a great doctor. I hated to see him leave the Middlesex family practice in durham. AfterRead More he left they never really got anyone to fill his shoes. All the best at St Francis
