Fall Festival Meeting, Transfer Station Closed, Durham Fair Blogs

Five things to know on this 24th of September in Durham and Middlefield.

Good morning residents of Durham and Middlefield! Here are a few things to start your day off in your communities.

  1. WEATHER: Sunny with a high of 69 degrees today, dropping down to 45 degrees tonight. Then up to 74 degrees tomorrow, again sunny, and back down to the 40s at night. Check the National Weather Service for more information.

  2. The Durham Economic Commission will be holding a meeting today at 7 p.m. at the Durham Public Library for the upcoming Fall Festival on Oct. 19. All are welcome. Details here.

  3. The Town Clerk's Office in Durham will be open until 4:30 p.m. today, resuming the typical 7 p.m. closing hour next week.

  4. The transfer station in Durham will be closed this Saturday due to the Durham Fair.
