Durham Town Meeting, DMV Laws, High Temps

Here are five things to start off this 1st of October in Durham and Middlefield.

Good morning Durham and Middlefield! Here are a few things to start your day off.

  1. First day of October? Believe it or not, temperatures are supposed to hit a high of 80 degrees, followed by a high of 83 degrees tomorrow. Expect three days of sunshine before rains on Friday and a high of 75. See the rest on weather.gov. 

  2. A series of new DMV laws went into effect today. Check them out here.

  3. The Durham annual Town Meeting is next Monday, Oct. 7, at 8 p.m. Check the link for the agenda.

  4. The Middlefield Parks & Recreation Commission is meeting this Thursday, Oct. 3, at 6:30 p.m. More on that here.

  5. Notre Dame Church in Durham will be holding a tag sale this Saturday, Oct. 5, starting at 8 a.m. It'll be at 280 Main St. in Durham. Details here.
