No need to look. I will contact the Cheif or select woman for you. I was responding to house onRead Morefire where a firefighter was hurt. As I stopped my truck with blue lights flashing at the stop sign and you passed without the slightest slowing of speed, I waited and pulled out behind you. In the state of Connecticut blue lights are considered a courtesy light meaning you are not required to pull over for them. However, it poses a gray area of the law for firefighters. Not many drivers signal when pulling over so it becomes a guessing game. Are they or are they not hitting the brakes to allow me to pass. In you case, your brake lights and movement were what I thought was an indication you were allowing me to pass. When your car then continued on, on the narrow stretch of rt68, i hit the horn to let you know I was already passing. And since you still failed to consider someone may be in trouble and continued at full speed I choose to speed up to get around you given my position and the situation. I'm sorry for my choices and do not want to put anyone in harms way. I would hope you too choose better discretion the next time you see any colored flashing lights. Please let me know who you would like me to report to
