In honor of cupid's sticky-sweet holiday, The Cooking Company is offering menu specials like mini beef wellingtons, crab-topped salmon, chicken stuffed with apples and brie and orzo pilaf with mushrooms, leeks and sundried tomatos.

Then again, there is always dessert. Perhaps three-layer red velvet cake, passion fruit mousse or heart-shaped hazelnut meringue with mocha mousse and raspberry preserves will get you in the mood to celebrate.
