Fourth Home Burglary Reported in Killingworth

Latest home burglarized on Fourth of July.

State police are investigating another home burglary in Killingworth, at least the fourth reported in town in the past month.

Police were called to a home on Green Hill Road around 6:15 p.m. on Monday, July 4. According to police two computers had been stolen from the home.

No other details were provided.

State police are still investigating a on Route 80 in Killingworth last Thursday.

The homeowner says several items, including two televisions and jewelry, were stolen from her home on June 30.

Patch  on burglaries on Roast Meat Hill Road and Little City Road on June 14.

It is not clear if the burglaries are connected, but all appear to have taken place during the day.

State police are looking into whether the stolen items have been taken to local pawn shops to be sold.
